Today I would like to talk about something I have recently picked up and am really enjoying. On this quest of finding inner peace and self love, I am constantly on the look out for any things I can do to help me feel better. I have heard of keeping a gratitude journal on multiple occasions via different personal development audiobooks, blogs and videos. One day while browsing through Amazon Prime, (my absolute favorite), I decided to look up "gratitude journal". I came across this particular one by Tiny Buddha and it was fairly new but already had great reviews. So I thought, why not?
I follow "Tiny Buddha" on social media for my daily dose of inspiration and when I saw they came out with this journal, I was so excited. Once I received it, I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing quality of this journal. It is made out of smooth and sturdy material, and the cover is a vibrant cobalt blue which I really love. What truly motivated me to purchase this journal is that it has prompts for you to respond to everyday. Of course, you do not need to purchase a fancy journal in order to keep track of what you are grateful for. You can use any notebook, or even the notes app in your phone! I just thought it would be nice to have different ways to really see all that I have to be grateful for.
I have adopted gratitude journaling into my morning routine for about a week now and I must say, it is a wonderful way to start my day. It only takes a few moments, but beginning each morning by acknowledging the blessings in my life has a nice way of putting me into the right mindset for the day. This particular journal also has pages throughout where you can color! I have a few coloring books at home to help calm and relax my mind so this is a really nice added touch. I also think this would make a great gift for someone you love 🙂
Below are some photos of the journal as well as the link to where I purchased it on Amazon for only $12.23. Definitely look up Tiny Buddha on social media because I find they have great inspirational content. They also have a website/blog I will link here: https://tinybuddha.com
